Flower Crown Custom Print
Digitized layers of the Flower Crown Oil Prints are fully customizable, creating an endless number of color combinations while keeping the oil print texture.
After completing the Red & Yellow Flower Crown Oil Relief Prints, I enjoyed the variability so much that I decided I wouldn’t be limited to a single set of 20 color combinations. I wanted the option to recreate the illustration in the image of the women I know. Thankfully I had opted for a multi-block printing process, so I made four final prints and digitized each layer of the Flower Crown Print.
By digitizing each separate layer, I now have the freedom to generate countless color variations for the papel picado background, complexion, hair, eyes, and flower crown.
